Contract Inquiries
- What is the policy for withdrawal and re-enrollment?
If you complete the course and withdraw, your certificate will be issued at that point. If you withdraw mid-course and later re-enroll, you will be asked to restart the course from the beginning. This ensures continuity and a solid foundation for learning.
- Is it possible to take a break from the program?
Yes. A break of up to three months is allowed. Reentry is possible by joining another group at the appropriate point in the curriculum. Breaks longer than three months will require re-enrollment, including the enrollment fee.
Service Details
- What are the requirements to receive a certificate of completion?
To be eligible for a certificate, students must complete all topics assigned within the course.
- Can my child change to a different group on another day or time?
As a rule, group changes are not permitted. However, if a scheduling conflict arises and space is available in another group, a transfer may be possible. Please note that availability is limited, and in some cases, you may need to wait until a suitable opening becomes available in a parallel group.
- Are makeup sessions available?
Yes. If more than half the group is absent and scheduling allows, a makeup session—usually held on weekends—will be arranged. Even those who attended the original session are welcome to join again.
- How are absences handled?
If a session is missed, you will be given access to a session archive video within one week. A follow-up quiz will help confirm understanding, and additional time will be provided in the next session for questions and clarification.
- Will sessions still take place if there are only one or two participants?
Yes. Sessions will be held even with a minimum of one participant. In such cases, we offer a “Special Session” format that includes enhanced discussion and personalized Q&A in addition to the regular topic, providing a deeper learning experience.
